Description


Learners apply skills and tools necessary to deal with organization behavior and change. Learners apply intervention strategies to deal with diversity, restructuring, globalization, team building, confict resolution and process consultation. Learners analyze how an organization's goals, decision-making, performance management and planning impact goal attainment, business outcomes, organizational structure, job design and employee participation.
