The following students were named to the Western Technical College President's List of High Distinction. These students achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and carried 12 or more credits in an associate's degree or technical diploma program. Congratulations to these high achievers!
Students permanent grade records are kept in the registrar's office, which maintains the official archives for all student academic records at Western Technical College.
Students' records are released from Western only at the written request of the student with the student's signature. The request must specify to whom each and every release is to be made and the particular date that the release was requested. Students may view their records and examine any particular documents with the registrar.
Transcript Release Forms
Official transcript release forms may be picked up in the registrar's office or may be mailed to students. Transcript information is not available over the telephone. Transcripts are not issued to or for students who fail to fulfill financial or other obligations to the school. All transcripts are unabridged. Western does not issue partial transcripts.
Students' Compass scores are released from Western only at the written request of the student with the student's signature. Compass Release Forms
Release forms may be picked up in Assessment Center R-200 or may be mailed to students or download a printable Compass Release Form PDF file. Compass score information is not available over the telephone.
How to Order GED/HSED Transcripts and Credentials
If you earned your Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or your High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) through Western Technical College and need proof of completion, you may request a duplicate Score Report from Western by completing and mailing/faxing in the GED Transcript request form.
Wisconsin residents may also contact the GED Program at the WI Department of Public Instruction for duplicate Score Reports or GED/HSED Credentials.
