Appeal for Financial Aid Reinstatement

Academic Progress Appeal (150% Rule)

Special Circumstances 2012 - 2013

Complete this form if you are a dislocated worker (lost your job), or have gone through other significant changes in financial circumstances that warrant a review of your financial aid eligibility. To complete the 'Special Circumstances' process, Western must verify your current financial aid information. If you have not already completed the verification process, please print the appropriate verification form, complete, and include the additional verification info with your 2012-2013 Special Circumstances form.
