Meet our high school career coaches!

Dave Fish

Dave Fish was born and raised in Tomah, Wis. He has an associate’s degree in Visual Communications from Western Technical College. He has worked here at Western for 31 years. His favorite part about being a career coach is working with High School students to help them look at all the options for continuing their education. In addition to his role as an admissions advisor, Dave is also the athletic director at Western. He enjoys sports and working with our student athletes. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, landscaping, and spending time with his dog and two cats. He is very much looking forward to grandkids!

Chelsey Willms

Chelsey Willms was born and raised in Green Bay, Wis. She received her associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western Technical College and then went on to obtain her bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Viterbo University. She has been with Western for three months. Her favorite part of her job is “having the privilege to work with, as well as learn from, so many students as they navigate their ‘next move’ decisions for the foundation of their life after high school.” When Chelsey is not busy at work, she enjoys anything outdoors: hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, camping, etc.!

High School Students

The essential experience is what you get at Western. You don't just sit at a desk and learn. You get out of your chair and actually do it. Interactive classes and internships get you the skills you need when you graduate. Classes are rarely boring. And they can get you into the work world fast; most programs can be completed in two years or less.

Western has what you want.
