Real Estate - Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education
Western offers the course, Real Estate Basics-Salespeople, which gives a student the 72 hours of state-required instruction prior to taking the Real Estate Sales Person exam. Topics include real property, real estate business, real estate brokerage, listing agreements, real estate contracts, title records and search, ethical real estate practices, land use and development, and Wisconsin license laws. Meets requirement RL 25.03 curriculum for real estate salespersons. For more information regarding this pre-licensing class, please contact the Lifelong Learning Office at 608.789.6100.

Continuing Education -Real Estate
Western Technical College offers Real Estate Continuing Education classes every two years. Real Estate Continuing Education will be offered next in 2012.
