Western Technical College’s Business and Industry Services Division is offering a Customer Service seminar at the Mauston Campus on Wednesday, March 12, from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Instructor Brandee Alexander will help you and your employees discover ways to improve your customer service skills. Find out how simple changes in attitude can leave customers with a positive feeling about your company. Telephone skills are emphasized as well as face-to-face service elements.
