Western Foundation announces new board members

The Western Technical College Foundation recently selected Andrew Bosshard, Michael Flanagan, and Barbara Rice for three-year terms on the Foundation Board.
Bosshard, of La Crosse, brings business and legal experience to his board position. He is currently an attorney specializing in business and tax planning with Bosshard | Parke Ltd in La Crosse. Bosshard is very active in the community, serving on the boards for the Children’s Museum of La Crosse and the First National Bank of Bangor, in addition to being a member of the Bar Associations for Wisconsin, Minnesota, and La Crosse.
Flanagan, of Onalaska, offers financial experience to the Foundation Board. He is the president of Flanagan Financial, which provides management consulting services. He is involved in Junior Achievements and the Wisconsin Technology Council.
Rice, a resident of Sparta for 55 years, brings extensive community knowledge to the table. She has previously served as a freelance writer for regional, state, and national publications, and was an adjunct instructor for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Mass Communications Department from 1985-1995.
