Western seminar gives overview of “Lean principles”

Western Technical College’s Business and Industry Services Division is offering the seminar “Why go Lean” on Thursday, April 30, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Independence Campus, 36084 Walnut St.
Lean business principles focus on enhancing quality, cost, delivery, and people by making continuous improvements. The seminar covers the basics and shows how implementing Lean will shorten cycle time, boost quality, increase customer service, and lower production costs.
