Western Technical College’s Business and Industry Services Division is offering the seminar “Customer Service Phone Skills” on Wednesday, May 6, from 9:00 a.m.-Noon, at the La Crosse Campus.
Most problems in telephone customer service lie in spending too much time on the phone, inconsistent service between employees, lack of time and resources for effectively training employees, and employee stress and lack of confidence in handling complaints. Participants in this seminar will learn key words and phrases to facilitate effective communication, listening skills to appreciate the customer’s point of view, and stress management tips.
Cost is $74. For details on this and other seminars, visit westerntc.edu/bis. To register, contact the Business and Industry Services Division at 608.785.9232 or e-mail email@example.com.
