Western offers seminar on customer service

Western Technical College’s Business and Industry Services is offering the seminar “Excellent Customer Service,” on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 9:00 a.m.-Noon, on the La Crosse Campus.
Participants will discover how simple changes in attitude can leave customers with a positive feeling about your company. Telephone skills are emphasized as well as face-to-face service elements.
