Healing Touch course for health care practitioners

Western Technical College’s Lifelong Learning Division is offering the course Healing Touch for Health Care Practitioners – Level 1. The 18-hour training will run Friday-Saturday, May 21-22, from 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at the La Crosse Campus.
This course is the first level in Healing Touch International (HTI) Certificate Program. It begins with 18 continuing education contact hours of instruction, allowing persons with varying backgrounds to enter, acknowledge their previous learning, and to further develop concepts and skills in energy-based therapy. A strong commitment to personal growth is required. This course is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCMTB).
The HTI Healing Touch Certificate Program is a nursing education program for registered nurses, health care professionals, body-oriented therapists, psychotherapists, or other licensed health care professionals and individuals who desire an in-depth understanding of healing work that uses energy-based concepts.
