LA CROSSE, Wis. - Western Wisconsin Technical College (WWTC) is offering two Information Technology (IT) courses beginning in April. The classes are designed for IT professionals who are looking to enhance their current skills.

Linux Security Tools will be held for two consecutive Fridays, April 8 and 15, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at WWTC-La Crosse Campus Business Education Center, Room 205. The class is comprised of various Linux-based utilities that can be useful for analyzing and defending business networks and systems. Students will learn where to find the tools and resources that will help get the various applications configured and running.

Wireless Networking and Wireless Security will be held Fridays, April 29 and May 6, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. in the same location. This class will teach System(s) and Network Administrators the skills necessary for designing, configuring, securing, and managing a wireless network environment.
