WWTC class offers head-start on holiday baking

Western Wisconsin Technical College is offering a four-hour class that will give step-by-step instructions for holiday baking. “Holiday Goodies” will be held Saturday, Dec. 3 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in Room 22 of the Kumm Center on the La Crosse Campus. The hands-on baking class will focus on traditional holiday items, such as rosettes and spritz. At the end of class, participants will have fresh-baked holiday goodies to take home.
