Western co-sponsors customer service seminar

Western Technical College is partnering with the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence to offer “Work Like You Own It: Six Habits of Service Superstars,” a seminar on customer service. It will be offered Monday, Sept. 16, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at Western’s Lunda Center, 319 7th St. N., La Crosse.
Presented by consultant, trainer and author Dr. Bryan K. Williams, the session will focus on the areas of service excellence and organizational effectiveness. Williams previously worked with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as the global corporate director of training and organizational effectiveness.
The seminar will review the work habits and approach to service that world-class employees possess. Special emphasis will be placed on practical tools and concepts that all attendees can use immediately.
