This course is a study of the mechanical principles utilized in electronically controlled products. Basic physical concepts of motion, force, torque and optics will be addressed through problem-solving and laboratory exercises. Hands-on disassembly, observation and reassembly of mechanical systems are a significant portion of the curriculum.
