The phlebotomy certificate course prepares an individual for employment as a phlebotomist in a clinic or hospital. Students are trained to efficiently and safely obtain blood samples. The course consists of a combination of lecture, student laboratory, and clinical experience. Graduates of this one semester, four credit certificate are eligible to become nationally certified.
