Work Study Term:
To provide clerical and office support for first floor admin (HR & Payroll).
Provide assistance to staff and customers, maintain confidentiality, answer phones and take messages, assist with data entry, sort mail and process bulk mailings, scan files to ImageNow, filing, organize timecards, and other duties as assigned.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), can operate standard office equipment (printer, scanner, and copier). Prefer someone in the Human Resource Management, Business Management or Administrative Assistant fields.
