Work Study Term:
To assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center and its programs.
Provide reception and interact with customers through face-to-face, telephone, or web-based contact to provide information in response to inquiries about services and programs of the Wellness Center. Assist customers in membership application, program registration, and facility tours. Perform cash handling including balance and collection fees. Provide equipment orientation to members of the Wellness Center. Verify student credit load. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Adhere to college policies and maintain facility rules and regulations. Perform regular daily maintenance and facility cleaning. Help coordinate and implement campus wellness programs such as intramurals. Perform other duties as assigned.
CPR/first Aid Certification within three months of hire date. Excellent oral and written communication skills. One to three years of customer service experience. Point of sale experience. Data entry skills. Computer efficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to lift 45 pounds.
