Kitchen Work-Study - Union Market

Work Study Term:

Purpose: 

Food prep, cooking, and clean up all fall within the scope of this position. Each position will fluctuate depending on time of day and specific needs. 

Location: 

La Crosse Campus

Responsibilities: 

Prepare customer's order using proper recipe, portion and technique, follow proper cooking, storage, and food handling techniques as given by full-time staff, keep work area clean, safe, and orderly at all times, complete training on all pieces of equipment prior to use, assist in all phases of setup, service and clean up in operation as needed, and other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

Team members must be efficient, dependable, and able to carry out instructions independently. A professional demeanor, in addition to strong communication and customer service skills are imperative.
