Work Study Term:
To assist the staff in running the department smoothly to gain work experience for the future.
Answering HelpDesk phone, assisting students with activation and email questions, assisting staff with basic computer problems and application questions, answering general questions from students, staff and public regarding the computers for sale, and other duties as assigned.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows. Mac experience is helpful. Basic hardware and software knowledge and customer service experience a plus.
