LA CROSSE, Wis., Oct. 17, 2016 - Western Technical College’s Food Club is hosting a Thanksgiving Pie sale from now until Nov. 11. Varieties available include Pumpkin for $11, Apple Streusel for $12, and Pecan for $14.
Only advance, pre-paid orders are accepted. Place an order by contacting Deb Klug, Western’s Culinary Management and Food Production Specialist program head and instructor, at email@example.com.
Pie pick up will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 23 from 9 a.m.-Noon at Western’s Corner Bistro Bakery window, located on the first floor of the Kumm Center, 400 6th St. N., La Crosse.
For each pie sold, $1 will be donated to Western’s Cavalier Cupboard. The remaining proceeds will be used to fund the club members’ trip to the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Foods Show in Milwaukee in March 2017.
