LA CROSSE, Wis., August 22, 2019 – Western Technical College announced Thursday the selection of Mandy Church-Hoffman as the college’s dean of the Learner Support and Transition division.
Church-Hoffman’s career in education spans nearly 30 years. Throughout her career, she has worked as a Youth Care worker, a School-to-Work coordinator, a K-12 Alternative Education instructor, and an adult educator. For the last six years, Church-Hoffman has served as the associate dean for the Learner Support and Transition division at Western.
“Mandy’s experience within this division makes her well prepared to take over this role,” said Western Vice President of Academics Kat Linaker. “She has been instrumental in the implementation of imbedded academic support for students, and is committed to helping students from all backgrounds and abilities be successful at Western.”
