Summer 2015 Semester

Payment for classes is due in full by June 26, 2015. A $35 late fee will be assessed on any past due balance over $50.

Fall 2015 Semester

Payment for classes is due in full by October 23, 2015. A $35 late fee will be assessed on any past due balance over $50.

Spring 2016 Semester

Payment for classes is due in full by March 4, 2016. A $35 late fee will be assessed on any past due balance over $50.

Lifelong Learning Classes (Continuing Education)

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

Pay Online

Students are able to make payments online by logging onto the MyWestern portal. You may use electronic check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express.

Mail in Payment

Mail-in payments are also accepted. Send your payments to the address below.

Please include your student number on the check to ensure the payment is applied correctly to your account. Do not send cash through the mail.

Pay in Person

Payments may be made in person to the Cashier's Office located in the Welcome Center, room 163, on the La Crosse Campus. The Cashier's Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After 4:00 p.m., payments may be placed in the drop box located at the corner of Sixth and Vine Streets.Payments can also be made in person at any of our Regional Locations.
