TOMAH, Wis. – Western Technical College offers a Supervisory Management program that will allow participants to earn an associate’s degree while continuing to work full-time. In addition, the program sequence has a stepping stone approach that allows students to earn a Leadership Certificate within the first year. An information session about the program will be held Wednesday, Dec. 12th, from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in room 111 at Western’s Tomah Campus, 1310 Townline Road. The public is invited to attend this free event.
The Supervisory Management program is designed for people interested in acquiring or improving leadership, managerial or supervisory skills with a business emphasis. Students learn about varied topics, including human resource management, safety, diversity, project management, team building, quality, legal issues for supervisors, and leadership. Classes can be taken during the day or at night. They are offered in several formats at our extended campuses: face to face, online or an ITV blended format.
