Western Technical College’s Business and Industry Services Division will offer the seminar “Why do I Behave this Way? Exploring the MBTI,” on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 9:00 a.m.-Noon on the La Crosse Campus.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument is the most widely used psychological instrument in the world. It provides a holistic approach to personal and group development by looking at the multi-faceted way adult minds process information. Participants in this seminar will complete the MBTI instrument to identify their personality type and will learn how to use that information to better understand themselves and how they interact with others.

Cost is $95. For details on this and other seminars, visit westerntc.edu/bis. Registration deadline is Oct. 6. To register, contact the Business and Industry Services Division at 608.785.9232 or e-mail bis@westerntc.edu.
