Western Technical College’s Lunda Center and the campus food service are co-sponsoring the second annual Western Holiday Luncheon on Monday, Dec. 13, at 12:30 p.m. in the Lunda Center, 319 7th St. N., La Crosse. The event is open to the public.

The buffet-style luncheon will feature smoked pit ham, roast turkey, sage dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, roasted seasonal vegetables, candied yams, and assorted holiday desserts. This year they are featuring local foods, including meat from Premiere Meats in Viroqua, Wis. and produce from Keewaydin Farms in Viola, Wis.

Advanced tickets are required and can be purchased for $9.50 in room 100 of the Kumm Center, 400 6th St. N., through Wednesday, Dec. 8. Participants are also encouraged to bring a new hat or mitten donation the day of the event and place it on the tree in the Lunda Center. All donations and proceeds will be given to local charities.
