WWTC-BRF offers course in customer service excellence

BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. - Western Wisconsin Technical College-Black River Falls Campus is offering a class that will help people develop or improve their customer service skills. Service Excellence will run for three consecutive Wednesdays, beginning April 6, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Service Excellence is a comprehensive course covering topics from basic to advanced customer service skills. The first class deals with mastering service basics, the next class explains how to exceed customer expectations, and the final class addresses how to handle difficult customers with confidence and ease.
Instructor Rhonda Brown Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She currently teaches classes in customer service, interpersonal relations, time management, stress management, assertive behavior, organizational development, organizational psychology, professional development, organizational leadership and career development.
