Catering Services

To ensure our guests receive everything they request for their events, meeting requirements, menu requests, and other food and beverage selections should be confirmed no later than one month prior to the function date. Changes in banquet or meeting arrangements must be received within 72 hours of the scheduled starting time and may be subject to additional labor costs.

In order to serve our guests quality portions, a minimum guarantee of attendees must be received seven (7) days prior to the event date. The Lunda Center will provide seating and food for 5% above the designated guarantee count. The highest estimate listed on the event order will apply as the guarantee if not revised seven (7) days prior to the function.

All food and beverage is supplied by the Lunda Center. No food or beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) may be brought into the facility by a guest of the Lunda Center without prior approval from the Lunda Center director. In addition, no food served by the Lunda Center will be permitted to leave the premises. This assures guests will enjoy only the healthiest foods.

Catering prices are guaranteed for 90 days prior to the event. Prices may be subject to change per market fluctuation with notification. Sales tax will be added to all orders where tax is not already included in the arranged price.

The Lunda Center reserves the right to adjust the room assignments based on the actual number of attendees. All rooms must be vacated promptly at the scheduled time per event order. Additional time past the specified schedule may be subject to additional charges.

The Lunda Center requires a signed contract and hold harmless agreement on file prior to the event date. All groups are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance to Western and a deposit in the amount of 50% of the anticipated room rental fee to reserve the meeting rooms. The deposit will be credited to your final bill. Balance is due 30 days after date of event. Unpaid balances may be assessed a late fee.
