The Surgical Technologist Registered Apprenticeship offers students the opportunity to earn while they learn while completing their associate degree. Designed for individuals already working in a healthcare setting, this pathway combines classroom instruction with paid, hands-on experience in the field. Apprentices remain fully enrolled in the Surgical Technology program while gaining real-world skills that directly align with their coursework and career goals.
Through employer sponsorship, apprentices receive structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and valuable workplace experience while progressing toward their degree. Upon completion, graduates earn both a Surgical Technology associate degree and a nationally recognized Journey Worker credential, helping them advance their careers with enhanced skills, experience, and professional recognition.
