Project Details

The timetable below shows the times that various projects are done. Please select the items and timeframe being requested. 

Fall Term (typically runs from the first week of September through the middle of December). 

• Website usability testing/website evaluation
  • This type of project should be done if you are looking for feedback or a review of an existing website. In most cases, clients looking for a design refresh or want to see how their site is currently working should choose this option.
  • Findings and suggestions will be presented to stakeholders, but no changes will be made to the actual website at this stage. 
• New website design or redesign and build
  • This type of project should be requested if you would like a website design and build.
  • Websites designed and built for this term’s request should be more informational in nature. There may be an interactive contact form, but other interactive features such as shopping carts, wikis, or account creation our outside of the technical scope. 

Spring Term (typically runs from the second week of January to the middle of April). 

• Brand new design or a redesign of existing website
  • This type of project should be done if you are looking for a fresh start with your web presence. This could be in the form of a new website design, or a new modernization of an existing website design. 
  • This design will be presented to stakeholders, but an actual working website will not be created at this stage. 
• Website usability testing/website evaluation
  • This type of project should be done if you are looking for feedback or a review of an existing website. In most cases, clients looking for a design refresh or want to see how their site it currently working should choose this option.

• New website design or redesign and build
  • This type of project should be requested if you would like a website design and build.
  • Websites designed and built during this term will most likely be utilizing a Content Management System (Wordpress) 
  • Use of this technology will allow deeper interactive feature integration, of which the scope will be discussed and agreed upon during initial meetings. 

Summer Term (typically runs from the second week of May to the third week of August)

• New website design or redesign and build
  • This type of project should be requested if you would like a website design and build.
  • Websites designed and built for this term’s request should be more informational in nature. There may be an interactive contact form, but other interactive features such as shopping carts, wikis, or account creation our outside of the technical scope.
