2025-26 Budget
The 2025-26 budget (PDF) supports the mission of the Western Technical College District to provide relevant, high quality education, in a collaborative and sustainable environment that changes the lives of students and grows our communities. The budget is the fiscal plan for the operation of Western for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. It represents the efforts of the District Board and the Western staff to allocate available resources in order to provide quality educational programs and services to the citizens of the District.

WTCS Outcomes-Based Funding
As authorized under 2013 Act 20 (the 2013-15 biennial budget), the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board established a new funding model for allocating a portion of general state aid to technical colleges. View the report for details on the criteria and outcomes for each college.
