Pathway U

PathwayU is not required to meet with our Career Coaches, but we recommend taking this assessment so we have more information to discuss.

PathwayU is a self-guided career assessment that uses scientific algorithms to help you explore career options based on your interests, personality, values, and workplace preferences.

  • To get started, go to the PathwayU login page link below, then use your Western Technical College credentials to create an account. If you are not currently a student, use the “Login Here” button to create an account.
  • Once you get logged in, click “Start Assessment” at the top to complete the 4 assessments (Interests, Personality, Values, and Workplace Preferences.)
  • Be sure to complete all four of the assessments. In total, it typically takes around 30 minutes to complete and does not have to be completed all at once.
