The rental fee includes the following:
- Wired and wireless internet access
- Water
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Electricity
- Garbage removal (outside dumpster)
The parking pass fee for the residence hall is $100.00 per term. It is required if you're bringing a car to campus.
Students living in the residence hall are required to participate in the Union Market meal plan. View the meal plan page for more information.
