Pay Online
Students are able to make payments online by logging onto the MyWestern portal. You may use electronic check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express.

Please include your student number on the check to ensure the payment is applied correctly to your account. Do not send cash through the mail.
Drop Box
Students can make payments via the Drop Box located in Parking Lot C near the front entrance of the Student Success Center.
Pay in Person
Payments of cash and checks can be made in person at the Cashiers Office in the Student Success Center, Room 101, on the La Crosse Campus.
The Cashier's Office regular hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Regional Locations
Payments may also be made in person at any Western regional location.
