Getting an employee parking permit is quick and easy. You can now purchase parking permits online, and we no longer require a hanging placard!

Any tickets that remain unpaid for 60 days from the date of issuance will be forwarded to collections.

Available Permit Options

Admin Lot A Pass – $100 in total

Valid in Lot A, D, H, K, and the Parking Ramp

Annual Pass – $50 in total

Valid in Lot D, H, K, and the Parking Ramp

Spring Term Only – $25 in total

Valid for the Spring term in Lot D, H, K, and the Ramp

Summer Term Pass – $10 in total

Valid May–August 21, 2026

The listed prices for all permits include a service fee that exists within the parking system.

Creating an Account

To create a parking account, visit the Western parking portal. The first time you visit this site, you will need to create an account. Your Western account will not work here. You will need the following information:

First and Last Name (same as in the Western system)
WESTERN email address (will not be able to access employee permits without it)
Vehicle information – license plate number(s)
- can list up to five car/motorcycle plates total
- only one is permitted on campus at a time
Debit/Credit card (payments are secure through Stripe)

Please note that payroll deduction is not available due to system limitations.

If you receive a "Problem Registering" error message, you are not authorized to purchase the type of permit you selected. (Example: Employee trying to purchase a student permit.)
