Creating an Account

To create a parking account, visit the Western parking portal. The first time you visit this site, you will need to create an account. Your Western account will not work here. You will need the following information:

First and Last Name (same as in the Western system)
WESTERN email address (When creating an account you MUST use your Western email address so the system can verify your information. You will not be able to access employee permits without it.)
Vehicle information – license plate number(s)
- can list up to five car/motorcycle plates total
- only one is permitted on campus at a time
Debit/Credit card (payments are secure through Stripe)

Please note that payroll deduction is not available due to system limitations.

If you receive a "Problem Registering" error message, you are not authorized to purchase the type of permit you selected. (Example: Employee trying to purchase a student permit.)
