Parking on Main Campus

Parking on a college campus can sometimes be confusing—for visitors, students, and faculty/staff alike. At Western, we want everyone to feel informed and confident about our parking system. You should never be left wondering, “Can I park here?”

This site is your one-stop resource for all things parking at Western. Whether you’re a student buying a term pass, a faculty member requesting overnight permission, or a guest trying to find a visitor spot, we’ve got the information you need.

Parking at Western is managed through a collaborative effort between Campus Community Safety, Student Life Office staff, and a cross-campus Parking Committee that includes staff, faculty, and student representative.

Below, you’ll find links to dedicated pages that cover specific parking categories and topics. Each page outlines rules, permit types, pricing, and helpful tips to make your parking experience as smooth as possible.

Tobacco-Free Campuses

All Western Technical College campuses and grounds, including district-owned and district-leased property, are tobacco free. Tobacco use is prohibited inside all college owned and leased vehicles, buildings, grounds, and parking lots.
