If you’re considering a four-year college or university, consider this: taking credits at Western could save you 40 percent over the cost of a four-year university in Wisconsin, and it's one-sixth the cost of the average private college. You could save thousands of dollars, take on much less debt, and graduate with the same degree! If you have a particular college or university in mind, you'll want to check out how your credits will transfer before enrolling.
The Associate of Science-Liberal Arts (ASLA) transfer programs are designed to help you on a the path to a bachelor’s degree whether you are undecided in your major, have a specific career in mind, or would like to earn a two year transfer degree.
Some students choose to take the ASLA Full Degree, while many take select courses. Once you complete the application process, a Western advisor will work with you on your transfer plan.
Within the ASLA program, there is also a specific Engineering Pathway that transfers directly to Viterbo University's Engineering bachelor's degree. Learn more about this option.
For each option, the curriculum is comparable to the coursework offered in the first or second year of a four-year college program and includes English, math, science, history, social sciences, the humanities, and wellness.
