
LA CROSSE, Wis., August 20, 2025 – Officials with Western Technical College and University of Wisconsin-Stout formally signed 13 articulation agreements across multiple academic disciplines at a signing ceremony earlier this week.
The agreement allows students completing programs at Western to transfer 50-80 credits to UW-Stout, depending on the program. These agreements take effect this fall.
The agreements are as follows:
Associate of Arts into a B.S. Applied Social Science (History & Politics Concentration).
Associate of Arts into B.S. Arts Administration & Entrepreneurship.
Associate of Arts into B.S. Psychology.
Associate of Science into B.S. Dietetics
Associate of Science into B.S Technology Education
Criminal Justice into B.S. Criminal Justice & Rehabilitation.
Digital Marketing into B.S. in Digital Marketing Technology.
Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology into B.S. Automation Leadership.
Electromechanical Technology into a B.S. Automation Leadership
Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering Technology into a B.S in Automation Leadership
IT-Cybersecurity and Network Administration into a B.S. Cybersecurity
Business Management into a B.S. Business Administration
Human Resource Management into a B.S. Management & Leadership (Human Resource & Talent Development Concentration)
