Summer Work-Study Qualifications:
- Must file a 2017/2018 FAFSA if working between April 23, 2018 and June 30, 2018
- Must file a 2018/2019 FAFSA if working after June 30, 2018
- Must qualify for work-study funding
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the upcoming fall trimester
- Enrolled at least half-time - can work up to 12 hours per week
- Enrolled less than half-time or not enrolled - can work up to 25 hours per week

PCServices Help Desk
Checking equipment in/out to students, work on video/audio projects for school, and other duties as assigned. Answer questions at helpdesk in INMS.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows. Mac experience is helpful. Basic hardware and software knowledge and customer service experience is a plus.
Clerical/Office Assistant - Tomah ISS
To help the staff in the office as well as give the student work experience for the future.
Answering phones, correcting papers, customer service, copying instructional materials and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to type at least 35 wpm and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word 2007.
Residence Hall Desk Assistant - Resident Hall
To assist the RAs
Keep desk area well organized, maintain desk inventory, maintain all desk logs and forms, meet regularly with student life coordinator, distribute mail to residents/forward all mail, and other duties as assigned.
Be in good academic and judicial standing, model successful interpersonal and organizational skills. Prefer a residence hall occupant.
Clerical/Office Assistant - Office of Student Financial Aid
To assist the Office of Student Financial Aid with every day duties as well as getting experience for the future.
Customer service, mail, filing, data entry, answering phones, general office duties and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, dependable, good customer service, attention to detail, ability to work with confidential information. Business program preferred.
Cavalier Cupboard & Office Assistant
To maintain the hours and operations of the Cavalier Cupboard as well as assist with office duties in the Community Engagement Department and Career Services Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: organize and maintain inventory in the cupboard, effectively communicate concerns, suggestions and/or questions to supervisor, greet cupboard clients and provide any necessary resource information when requested, maintain confidentiality with student records and information, and provide assistance at front desk assisting students who visits the Department for appointments and questions. Some light lifting is required (up to 30 pounds).
Must be a current student at Western and have the ability to effectively communicate with peers, clients, and supervisors.
