Western Technical College and the Ronald and Joyce Wanek Foundation will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Wanek Center of Innovation, 401 8th St. N., on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 11:00 a.m.

The project represents a collaborative investment of over $10 million between the Ronald and Joyce Wanek Foundation and Western Technical College. The Wanek Foundation contributed a large majority of funding for the project, representing the largest gift in Western Technical College’s history. The center will serve as a regional hub for advanced manufacturing, industry collaboration, and educational excellence.
