Charging Books at eCampus | Western Technical College

Charging Books at eCampus

Beginning Fall 2024, all students will be able to charge textbooks and course materials at Western’s Official Online Bookstore, eCampus. This opportunity was previously only available to students receiving financial aid.

What Does It Mean to Charge Textbooks and Course Materials?

Textbook and course material charges are added to the student account and are reflected in their account balance with the tuition costs. If a student has enough financial aid, the charges will be paid automatically when aid is disbursed. If there is not enough aid or a student isn’t getting aid, they will be responsible for the total amount due by the tuition due date.
